She was very mindful of our needs and even offered to process glasses before we could release insurance benefits putting trust in us as customers. I have not seen this level of customer service at any other place. Their prices and promotions make the purchase of prescription glasses to be an affordable yet high quality option. I felt treated like a family there: very caring staff. And the cherry on top is that they produce lenses onsite and we were able to have glasses ready in less than an hour- no need for a second trip!
